Ravens boys and girls are going to the nationals for basketball.
The men, number one in Canada, get a bye so even if they had not clobbered Lakehead last night, they would still be going. Tonight in T.dot the men beat Ottawa in another close won, er, one, 72/69.
The women had to go across town and play Ottawa on the U of Zero's home court. They did and won a squeaker over the Gee-Gees.
My fave player, Ally Bush, was running the show for Carleton for the last time in Ottawa and she was splenderific scoring 19 points including a quartet of key free throws at game's end. She was named player of the game and will lead Carleton into the nats.
