I know the ROC gets its panties in a knot when talk of separation of La Belle from the rest of Our Home And Native Land comes up but I gotta say that this Clarity Act is a nice idea but it is also a joke.
If 50 per cent plus one of Quebecers decides in a fair election, such as the one in '80 and in the mid '90s, that they want a divorce from the ROC it is a done deal.
