4437...Shots Rang Out In The Memphis Sky

On April 4, 1968, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., 39, was shot to death in Memphis.

The killer James Earl Ray fled to London, England, via Ottawa. He was travelling on a bogus Canuck passport. He was caught trying to leave the London on that passport. Perhaps if he had of been content with the UK he may have never been caught.

He actually stayed with an acquaintance of mine's mother when in your capital.
