They are senior citizens.
Eskimos, the Sisters of St. Joesph's taught me, handle the senior problem by, at a certain age, putting the cotton heads on a chunk of ice, giving said chunk a push and waving as grandpa and grandma went over the horizon.
In our more enlightened times the state of Hawaii has, as I wrote about earlier this year, made it easy for seniors to buy and drive mopeds. That, combined with a no helmet law, has been beneficial in culling the herd.
Best idea ever comes from a Facebook posting. From the language I would presume this is American.
Budget Cuts
Next Month, the Immigration Department will start deporting seniors [instead of illegals] in order to lower Social Security and Medicare costs. Older people are easier to catch and less likely to remember how to get back home.
