My sources, Hedy Fry and a spate of emails from Liberal friends, tell me that while I was watching the Ottawa Senators lose tonight our beloved Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, and his gang re opened the debate on abortion.
As you know abortion is available in nine of the ten provinces in Canada and in most of the big cities. This may change.
The irony is that at the same time Canada was/is taking a giant step back in time the Yankees are stepping forward. CNSNews tells the WFDS that "First Lady Michelle Obama boasted at a campaign event in Omaha, Neb. on Tuesday that 'we made history' when the president's health care proposal was enacted and the administration issued a regulation mandating that insurance companies provide women with free contraceptives."
