Carol Goar in this morning's Toronto Star lays out the facts that a person who is mentally ill gets less than 1,100 dollars a month and a person in Ontario who is just poor gets less than 600. To live on.

The big question is why? Why does the government of Ontario hate the mentally ill, the poor, those who have made bad choices so very much?
