She is semi famous and now looks soooo cracked out.
She was Eric Forman's sister on FOX's That 70's Show. Ridiculously hot and fired for being ridiculously high Ms. Kelly surfaced on my radar a few minutes ago.
TMZ reports that "The former "That '70s Show" actress...was taken into the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at 12:50 a.m. Saturday and put on $50,000 bail. The nature of the domestic violence charge is unclear, as is the identity of Kelly's spouse."
