In the run up to Mother's Day I see a piece in the Ottawa Sun where Save The Children tells all that we have the second worst, to the States, in first day infant mortality. 2.5/1000.
According to "A 2010 study in the Canadian Journal of Public Health...infant mortality for Quebec babies born of Inuit mothers was 23.1 per 1000..."
