To shut a town down.
In sleepy little Ottawa today, the business district, Rideau Centre and Parliamentary area were all shut down or slowed down by the simple threat of a bomb.
According to a bit that 580CFRA dropped on their Facebook page less than an hour ago the "Special hazmat team successfully detonated contents of the suspicious package that forced the closure of the Mackenzie King Bridge."
The world is a fragile place.
