5959...I Got It: Harper's Nose Is Leaking

That has got to be it, right?  A leaking nose is why our beloved Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, misplaced that 3,100,000,000.00 dollars, wants to blow billions more on sh*tty jets and is crying himself to sleep over Justin Trudeau.

Is true.  I think.  He is just like Joe Nagy from Phoenix.  FOX10 in that Arizona town says that Mr. Nagy had the runny nose for 18 months and it turned out to be brain fluid leaking out his honker.



That has to be it right?  Surely he cannot just be an irrational sociopath?  Or can he?
