Well not really. It is only coz peoples didn't think far enough ahead to get permits and whatnot.
What occurred tonight was something of epic proportions in your capital. The Ottawa Senators beat the Montreal Canadiens 4/3 in Montreal in the first game of the playoffs. Yes that is what happened.
Since no one got the permits people did not riot nor did they blow their horns coz that would wake people. Seriously I think that Vatican City probably parties harder than your capital.
