That would be Leroy Butler, number 36 in your program for the Green Bay Packers, congratulating Jason Collins for coming out. Thinkprogress.org tells that Mr. Butler "...was scheduled to give an anti-bullying presentation at a Wisconsin church this summer..." but was bullied out of giving the speech, a speech accompanied by an 8,500USD fee, by the minister.
