The Globe and Mail's Darren McGee reports that "Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal are three of the 10 worst cities for traffic congestion in North America, according to a new study."
Los Angeles finished first in the annual Congestion Index released yesterday. Van was number two; T.dot was sixth and; MTL was tenth.
Before Montrealers get all upset that they finished behind Tronna they can take solace in knowing that their afternoon commute is the third worst in North America.
Moscow has the worst commute times in the world btw; little old Ottawa finished 18th in North America.
