Harper rides Olympic bounce to four-point lead
The Harris-Decima poll, commissioned by the Canadian Press, gives the Tories a four point lead over the Liberals: 33 to 29.
The biggest bump for Team Blue was in British Columbia. But Allan Gregg of Harris-Decima says that the fact that the leaders are way down in approval ratings, Mr. Harper is at minus 8 and Mr. Iggie is at minus 25, and, no I don't know what that means but it canna be good, should make either party give pause when thinking of forcing an election.

I dont see an election on the horizon Dan. I think Iggy will twist himself into a pretzel to avoid an election anytime in 2010. Why is the party so much more patient with him than Dion? If i was grassroots i would be very upset at the suits for who and how this went down. I think you had called for spring election, no?
