1926...Record Holder Dies

BBC News reports that "The world's shortest man, He Pingping, who was just 74.6cm (2ft 5in) tall, has died in Rome."

There are dozens of cheap jokes I could insert here but why would I be so base?

The lad was only 21 btw.
