This is not from Canada but from a state that has a border with Our Home And Native Land, Ohio.
[To those of you who are picky do recall that there are land borders and water borders.]
The State of Ohio and 43 year old Lawrence Reynolds Junior agree on one thing: Lawrence Reynolds Junior must die.
What they disagree upon is how.
The Cleveland Leader says that "...Monday, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland postponed the execution of a convicted killer who somehow was able to overdose on pills in his jail cell, and was found unconscious only a few hours before he was scheduled to be driven to his execution." Instead of letting Mr. Reynolds die he was rushed to the hospital where they saved his life.
The ever helpful Governor of Ohio, Mr. Strickland, issued a seven-day reprieve and rescheduled Mr. Reynolds' execution for March 16.
Aw, he will miss St. Patrick's Day.
