Or worst doormat ever.
Either way, we are talking about it. The Denver Post reports that "The doormat wasn't particularly welcoming to detectives who paid a visit to Charles Guadalupe's Vail home." It had a simple message: "Its message: 'COME BACK WITH A WARRANT.' "
"So we did," Lt. Mike William of the Eagle County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
Mr. Guadalupe was arrested Wednesday for investigation of two counts of distribution of cocaine and two counts of possession of cocaine. According to the sheriff's department, a concerned citizen provided information that Mr. Guadalupe was involved in cocaine distribution. During the ensuing investigation, undercover officers bought $500 worth of cocaine from Mr. Guadalupe.
Not such a funny joke now, eh?
