990...ThankYou Again Stephen Harper, Jack Layton

Ottawa Citizen writer Randy Boswell drops the story in today's papers that since Stephen Harper has taken power "...Canada's 'nation brand' ranking has dropped from 4th to 7th in the world..."

Top 10 'Nation Brands' for 2009 according to the Anholt-GfK Roper Nation Brands Index are:

1. United States
2. France
3. Germany
4. United Kingdom
5. Japan
6. Italy
7. Canada
8. Switzerland
9. Australia
10. Spain

7 and sinking.

This is the future under the Harper-Layton regime.

  1. I am sure they also gave advice MI would be widely accepted among the Canadian voter.

Looks likes an organization in a bubble suffering from OBAMAMANIA.

Thanks for the chuckle and blaming the NDP for voting 2 confidence votes vs the Liberals 79 over 4 years!

Check with Peta or David Suzuki for more support against the current government.

Maybe The New Yorker can write another glowing article about MI, maybe that will help?

  2. Why Don't you post the one the U.N. did that put us 4th? This report is nothing more than rich peoples opinions of other countries where as the U.N. actually used things to measure. And by the way I think Canadians will still be proud of being 7th in the whole world. And funny how it is now the Harper-Layton regime but for almost a year it was Iggy proping up Harper and Layton wanting an election.
