Earlier in the week The Times of London reported that Silvio Berlusconi just doesn't seem to know where the line is in regards to making jokes about the President of the United States racial characteristics.
For those of you that are unaware, Prime Minister Berlusconi raised eyebrows soon after Barack Obama's election in November by saying that he was "...young, handsome, and even has a good tan..."
Not willing to leave it at that, upon his return from the G20 summit in Pittsburgh, he told a rally of his conservative supporters that he was bringing greetings from "What's his name? Some tanned guy. Ah, Barack Obama. You won't believe it, but the two of them sunbathe together, because the wife is also tanned."
