Today's EKOS poll has the Libs just a tad ahead of the Tories nationally. The big news on the CBC.ca sponsored poll is the fact that the Liberals are ahead in both Ontario and Quebec and that is key to winning the country.
In these topsy turvy times what is of interest is the fact that Jack Layton and the NDP cannot really get any traction; they haven't been much above where they are now, 15.4 per cent, ever.
