5165...Jesse Ventura On Foreign Policy

I like this guy a lot.  The former governor of Minnesota opines on U.S. foreign policy via Rachel Decoste and Facebook.

: «We do not have to be an empire like Rome... If those countries (Arab world) don't want us there, let's close our embassies (instead of having another ambassador killed). Why are we giving billions in foreign aid (Israel, Egypt, Afghanistan & Iraq) when we are broke? What if Venezuela's Hugo Chavez had bases in America, would we like it? Japan, Korea, Germany: those wars ended 60-70 years ago, why are we (U.S bases) still there? America (technology in military) can be anywhere in seconds, minutes, hours so why all these bases?»

Jesse Ventura was a great mayor, a great governor and would be a great POTUS.
