Reuters reports that an extensive study at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, USA discovered that ladies who drank one or two drinks a day were less likely to gain weight than those who abstained.
That is one or two drinks a day; drinking beaucoup drinks a day, well, that is a different story and I think we all know what that story is and it is not pretty.
Still, is cool that a pop or two will keep your weight in check.
