Actually, they offer really great small business service of small packages nationally and internationally. I used to use Fedex, then finally decided to check out Canada Post, and their service was excellent, the prices where far lower than UPS or Fedex, they offered tracking and insurance. Their biggest problem is they should find a better way of letting people know. I would only go back to Fedex or DHL if I were shipping to an offshore address in a country with theft issues, like Brazil. Europe and North American, its the best way to ship small packages.
