Petty.
Kory Teneycke, the former staffer to our beloved Prime Minister and the current face of Quebecor's new all news station, Sun, was interviewed by Kathleen Petty this a.m. on CBC TV.
I know she probably thinks that she is tough but she is just petty and boring and a terrible listener. Speaking of listening, instead of me explaining how bad she is at her job why doncha go to the CBC website and find the interview.
In my view Kory Teneycke has amazing patience and is aware of the fact that he is never going to win an argument with a stupid person.

Heh heh. I'm just obliged to give Petty the benefit of the doubt about her intelligence, especially when compared with Mr. Teneycke.
ReplyDeleteI had an entirely different take on that interview. To me, it was Kory that was on the defensive when asked simple questions on the business model of this new venture.
ReplyDeletein retrospect, the main point made by petty in the interview - that sun tv didn't qualify for a category one lic has been proven true. the crtc confirmed it in a letter within days of that conversation. the rest of the interview was about how sun tv would launch a network as a category 2 entity - which kory refused to entertain. he was purposely obtuse.
