It was widely reported last week that disgraced former Conservative MP Rahim Jaffer told a Parliamentary committee last week he never used Ms. Guergis’s parliamentary resources for business purposes.
That seems to have been a nose stretcher.
CFRA reports that "Environment Minister Jim Prentice now says a meeting between one of his senior aides and Rahim Jaffer took place in the Parliament Hill offices of Helena Guergis."
Ah, crazy little thing called the truth gets in the way.
