2078...Three Mill For A Toliet

Hey, I saw this on CJOH. Er, CTV Ottawa.

The Stephen Harper's are throwing three million at a toliet at Hog's Back which is either in David McGuinty's or Paul Dewar's riding.

I have been to that bog several times; three million, wow. I would presume that it will be the only can in the capital with fluff girls.
