Denise Rutledge hadn't quite done her homework re conjugal visits at the Flagler County Jail and was turned away Friday afternoon because the facility doesn't allow them.
The 45-year-old was acting, well, drunk. One of the deputies decided to take action and when she got into her car to leave he gave her a field sobriety test. She failed and a breathalyzer test registered a point .256, more than three times the legal limit.
