Right now being 20 mins ago when I got out of my car.
I was listening to Mark Sutcliffe, a breathless Mr. Sutcliffe, anchoring the Quebec election coverage on 580CFRA. After 450ish polls [out of 20K plus] the Liberals [Equipe Jean Charest = Federalists = Conservatives = CFRA's base] were leading.
He were so excited I betcha the man was sticking to his seat.
