Cable subscribers have shrugged at rate increases in the past and might be willing to do so again if new fees are passed on to them, the national broadcast regulator suggested Tuesday.
Well, dummies, no. See, back in the day you had us by the short hairs. But now with the 'net I can surfthechannel.com, youtube.com and justin.tv my way to pretty much any show in the world and I don't even need cable.
Perhaps the CRTC could try to be current, eh?

Someone needs to tell cable and satellite services, along with the country's broadcasters, that they are financially and morally bankrupt.
