1153...Just A Question But Is Tonight Robbery Nite?

Hallowe'en tonight is and I would guess if I was to guess that what with all the costumes and disguises out there that tonight would be the night for armed robberies, break ins and muggings.

Have the boys in blue done any studies on this?
