I heard this story on 580CFRA, the Ottawa news-talker and read a piece about it in The Ottawa Citizen too. Here's the deal. In the area of Ottawa cabbies call deep west, Wal-Mart is doing its thing to curb DUI's.
"Andrew Walter, part of a group of West Carleton partiers, told CBC that every few weekends they head to the Crazy Horse bar in Kanata's Centrum Mall. He parks his RV in the mall's Walmart parking lot. Walmart stores allow RVs to park on its lots if they have warning ahead of time."
