That's what ACORN says. CFRA reported that they feel that "...minimum wage should be indexed so that it increases every year based on the cost of living. Ontario's minimum wage has been frozen at $10.25 since 2010."
As crappy as making 10.25 an hour, minus taxes is, it is still better than minimum wage all over the USA which in some states can be under three bones an hour.
Personal friend of mine "Labour Minister Yasir Naqvi told CFRA while he would not speculate on the contents of the budget, he is speaking with labour and community groups to determine an appropriate mechanism to consider any increase to minimum wage."
I approve of ACORN's message.
