5445...Dogs Must Learn French In Montreal

Nelson Wyatt, The Canadian Press last week reported that thousands of us were suckered by the CBC Radio show "..."This Is That," about the City of Montreal passing a bylaw that would require dogs to learn French and English commands."  Every Bill 101 hating tete carre in the country nearly had a heart attack over this faux law.  

My dog, Mara, who was born in Low, Quebec, would have zero problems with that dictate.
