Unlike the Oilers, who are stuffed with talented young players, the Leafs have an excuse for losing. It's a team rebuilding without the benefit of a cast of stars. The beginning of the year for the Leafs is what I call the 'Expos curse'. The team starts off in promising fashion in the young season and then reality hits. Hang in there.
