Seafood.
Dr. Jean Golding of Bristol University in Merry Olde reports in this month's edition of Epidemology [yes, I do read them all] that eating a diet high in omega 3 fatty acids, the kind found primarily in seafood, will alleviate feelings of depression in women that are in the family way.
The extensive study of almost 10,000 women, done in the early part of the last decade, proved that women who ate no seafood were 50 per cent more likely to be depressed in the last trimester of their pregnancy.
Glad to be of service.

If you feel you have depression. Try walking 60 minutes a day and changing your diet to more healthy foods.
