The man who would and could be Prime Minister of all that is Ontario, the pseudo Progressive but really Conservative Tim Hudak, has determined that the money problems that face the province are caused by the poor people who, apparently, have all the money.
That seems to be what he said in his Paths to Prosperity: Welfare to Work white paper. What he neglected to mention in the white paper is that welfare, according to The Toronto Star piece from Sunday last, puts one 68 per cent below the poverty line.
Also there don't seem to be that many jobs out there either Mr. Hudak.
Why don't you work on that first?

"he man who would and could be Prime Minister of all that is Ontario...", I'm sure you realize that the correct term of reference here is Premier and not Prime Minister.
