Le big city in La Belle has been going through civil unrest, primarily by students, for most of 2012.

Here is the way I see it.

Lower tuition is better than higher tuition.  If they can get that at Harvard, the best university in the world is needs based meaning if you don't got the dough you don't need the dough, then they should be able to in Canada.

Our universities are public institutions, state schools.  We disguise that fact by not calling Carleton or Lakehead or Concordia Carleton State, Lakehead State or Concordia State but that is what they are.  State funded and operated schools.  A rose by any other name...

Why for do the provinces stop funding after Grade 12/CEGEP?  It is an arbitrary line in the sand.  Pourquoi?
