On a serious note, why don't we, Canada, get him put of Libya by offering him conditional asylum? The condition being that he goes to a negotiated place, some place remote like Wabash, Grande Prairie or Val d'Or and stays there. Like being ostracized or exiled.
Gets him out of Libya, makes us look like heroes and puts him in an isolated spot where he will be easy to monitor
