A celebration of former Kansas Jayhawk and Ottawa Rough Rider star Jay Roberts' life will be held Sunday morn at 11 at the Carleton Tavern, 227 Armstrong in Ottawa's Hintonburgh area.
I will be there with my black and red sombrero on.
And they have quarts!
