2953...Ottawa Is A City Of Cheapskates

Like you didn't know that.

Faces Magazine's Halloween survey found that over one in five of the residents of the capital don't get anything for trick or treaters.

    Hey when I lived in O-ville I bought Halloween candy all the time. Nobody came. I ended up eating it all, every year. A lot of neighbourhoods don't get trick or treaters.
