Wisconsin residents call themselves "Cheeseheads". They even have hats that look like a wedge of cheese and, here is the kicker, they wear them.

As if eating all that cheese doesn't get their arteries clogged up, wait, new this year at the Wisconsin State Fair: Chocolate Covered Bacon On A Stick.

Mary Bergin at Examiner.com reports that it is milk chocolate over honey baked bacon. Three dollars for two at the fair which opens this Thursday in West Allis.

It is only one of 30 deep fried delights offered at the exhibition.

By the way, life expectancy in Wisconsin is 33 years.
