Sort of anyhow.
In the much-ado-about-nothing category, Beverly Thompson on CTV's Canada AM this morning reported that "Minister of Tourism Diane Ablonczy has been stripped of her responsibilities for a key federal tourism program. And at least one Conservative MP says it's because of her decision to grant $400,000 to Toronto's Gay Pride Parade. The program in question has now been handed to Industry Minister Tony Clement."
Geez, Louise.

242...Disenfranchised Nova Scotia
I watched CanadaAM from 7 55 this morning until 8 30 and not a bloody word about the Nova Scotia election that is being contested today.
I did have the opportunity to see a man in the centre-of-the-universe [Toronto, doncha know?] who fell into a hole get both rescued and arrested, a story about a fellow who wrote a book about the Canada-United States border south of Vancouver, find out that it is going to be chilly in Regina, Saskatchewan and a live report from Phoenix, Arizona about the fate of the Phoenix Coyotes.
Plus the obligatory Can con music from a band, later this hour was the tease, a band that as per the Canada AM tradition, that is only a household name in their household. This morning it is Dala who, no surprise, are from Tronna.
But nothing, nothing, nothing about the historic Nova Scotia election.
