I am a big fan of not pronouncing someone guilty until but when someone says they are guilty of a grievous error I think that should be taken into account, doncha think?

My point is, CBC Windsor reports that Dr. Barbara Heartwell of Hotel Dieu Hospital in Windsor, who has admitted to f'ing up and cutting women's breasts off by mistake, is being reinstated as a surgeon.
Like, why?
