Or even a candidate for Algonquin College's night school.
He is Kitt Alexander Hall, a 24 year old San Francisco man who is a story in and of himself in this day's Santa Cruz Sentinel. What our hero did was tag dozens of cars and buildings and other stuff Friday night/Saturday morning in Santa Cruz, Cali.
Police were alerted and Lt. Rick Martinez was sent to investigate the situation and while he was investigating the tagging of a night club restroom he took a look out the window to note Mr. Hall tagging Lt. Martinez's police cruiser.
A faux pas, to be sure.
Alcohol was not involved; jail is.
