The winner is: Fred Schell. The Canadian Press tells us that he is some sort of Nunavut elected member who will introduce a motion in their legislature to ban the importation of European booze. That'll show them, eh?
As long as they still stock Lysol, Aqua Velva [and Orange Fanta for mix] I think the drinkers of Nunavut will be fine.
