Saw this piece on the CFRA website and, frankly, the things people do, OMG.
Paul Railton of London, England was fined 100 dollars yesterday for walking his dog. While driving his car. Smooth move, ExLax.
Mr. Railton, who is 23, was fined for not being in proper control of his automobile. He admitted, through his lawyer, that there was "...an element of laziness..." involved.
