The man who came that close to being mayor of Ottawa last time out, Alex Munter, is having a birthday party tomorrow in the capital.
Not him personally but the organization he is affiliated with, Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa, which is turning the big five oh tomorrow. The party, with a light [read free] luncheon is at 10 30 in the morning at De LaSalle High School on the east side of downtown, 501 Old St. Patrick in Ottawa.
Look for me in my Liberal Red Sombrero.
