If you are Canadian and it is hanging around your neck in Vancouver it is 20,000.00. That's what CBC.ca says the guv is going to give our gold medal athletes.
Silver gets you 15K and bronze 10.
Even hockey players on the men's team get the coin; all good, the players take an unpaid leave to represent our country at the Olympics.
My source, yahooanswers, says that the Yanks give 25 for the gold, 15 for the silver and 10 for the bronze.
