Sure they only take one per cent of the catch but they are Denmark and Fisheries Minister Gail Shea is fed up with them.
Denmark has set a unilateral limit of 3,100 tonnes of northern shrimp in the, wait for it, northern seas off Canada and intend to fish outside our 300 km territorial limit.
Not good enough says Minister Pie-in-the-face in this morning's Montreal Gazette. She demands that their limit go down to 364 tonnes.
Canada takes 80 per cent of the quota in the area btw.
