Allen Wood of The Toronto Star brings us the news that "Former Toronto Police Chief Julian Fantino has been chosen as the government’s point man for foreign aid spending and international disaster response."
Translation: He's the new Bev Oda, the new International Co-operation Minister.
Now he has an excuse to go off shore and visit his alleged monies.

Taking a break from the all-you-can-eat circuit in his home riding of Peterborough, Dean Del Mastro, our beloved Prime Minister's Parliamentary Secretary, lashed out at the media for exposing the fat that he is dishonest.
Well the press conference he held in Peterborough didn't exactly go like that but...
Having the press conference in Peterborough was pretty smart coz there is not much media there. One TV station, CHEX, one daily, The Peterborough Examiner and that's it. There are a bunch of radio stations but not an Edward R. Murrow [or Less Nessman] on any.
